Learning about the past, would help richen ones life and countries to avoid downfalls of the present. One can enrich their life as history helps us to understand the books we read, cities, places we tour and the tunes we listen to. It also widens ones perspective, presenting a united race of all races and a fusion culture. Countries aim to prevent mistakes from occurring again by studying the rise and fall of empires and civilization. Thus, history help to uphold traditional, cultural morals of a nation, serving as a beacon light, leading the society in overcoming crisis. Just like a bridge linking the past to the present, leading towards the future.
